Seriously, what in the blue **** does Belichick drafing/cheaping out on receivers have anything to do with anything in 2025?

I found the contrast to having Stephon Diggs vs what Bill typically put on the field striking, blue **** or not.

Florio is not an amateur blogger that throws trash at the wall and hope something sticks.
You're right he's a professional blogger that throws trash at the wall and hopes it sticks.

Great win and something to grow on.

Now a couple of observations.

Why are Maye, Diggs, Boutte, and Henry our whole offense?

Time for some other players to step up.

Hopefully it is time for Henderson and Williams to emerge.

I don’t know what the issue is with Pop, and I don’t have confidence in him.

Let’s hope Chism is advancing sufficiently that they will activate him soon.

This.. Henderson and Williams lack of growth is concerning. Maybe we are being too greedy .

But the way Maye and diggs are playing and the fact that we have barmore, Williams, gonzo and Marcus Jones playing at all pro level - if we clean up penalties, fumbles and run game effective ess , our window starts this year .

Just need one of our wide receivers to stretch the field and that should open it up for everyone else. The two tight end tandem is fantastic and Mac Hollins is a great signing too. His blocking and red zone effectiveness is exemplary.

Pop, Williams , rham and Henderson need to step up a lot more and I hope OL play on run plays improves.

Let's not waste a season when maye is magical.

How can you say it wasn't wrong?

It said Belichick's banned tweets about Patriot players who played for UNC.

You know fur sure that this was correct?

Do you know for sure it's incorrect?

All I saw on Carolina football's page were sporadic posts (just a few) about the NFL over the last month, with one of the players featured being Drake Maye. I saw ZERO posts about the NFL from this weekend DESPITE the fact that Javonte Williams had a great game.

Anecdotal evidence.

We did see Mack Brown post about Maye, which is exactly what you would expect from someone proud of his program.

If Bill's staff isn't trying to leverage Maye's success to put a shine on UNC Football, IMO they're doing it wrong.

Considered one of the very best.

And the Pats DTs totally dominated them.

The Bills weren't at the top of their game, but they didn't implode. The Pats dominated their OL, blanketed their WRs for the most part, and contained Cook and Allen. Not half bad.

Can we just ban the haters from the board already

Agreed. But this team shouldn't be losing to any team without a real QB. A loss to the Browns would be a let down. Thier defense is good however so isn't ours.

I think a loss to any of these 4 would be a big let down, but let downs happen especially on young teams so it may happen at some point in the next 4. We might not learn too much about our ceiling in this stretch but itll be interesting to see where we are in terms of winning games we should. If we stay relatively healthy Id imagine we’ll be favorites in all but 2 or 3 of the remaining games this year (Baltimore odds could go either way depending on if they start winning again when Lamar returns) . Thats pretty crazy!!

Maye kind of looks like a young Tom Brady (2001-2004). Physically. Not at football of course.

To be fair they only posted something in the last hour so the original tweet wasn't wrong when it was posted. I'm glad they did.
Truthfully, who gives a flying fekk what the social media dept. at UNC does. Literally no one here cried when the Wolverines did or didn't post about Tom Brady. Can't we just enjoy the fact that this is a different team, winning tough games on the road? I mean...

The memo was sent last night and lets see if the NFL paid attention. Diggs is priority #1 for any defense. I hope the other guys can step up when teams focus on taking Diggs out of the equation.

I don't care who focuses on what. Just win baby!

There's a button for that, which anyone can do at any time, and it can make whoever you don't like disappear.

While I understand its function, and have used it myself, I just wanna be forward and say: it is still annoying how this same theme makes it into every thread and invariably drags discourse in its direction because it becomes inflammatory or a petty argument (which seems to be the point of bringing it up at this point), which is always going to draw more posters to respond.

It's a dog whistle more than a genuine attempt at discussion.
