Great win and something to grow on.

Now a couple of observations.

Why are Maye, Diggs, Boutte, and Henry our whole offense?

Time for some other players to step up.

Hopefully it is time for Henderson and Williams to emerge.

I don’t know what the issue is with Pop, and I don’t have confidence in him.

Let’s hope Chism is advancing sufficiently that they will activate him soon.

Pop was in on some great blocks and had that screen where he took a shot to the dome to keep the drive alive, no?

I hope by the end of the season, he'll have a unique role carved out and we'll see why they're keeping him.

there is a level of gullibility here. they've posted about Maye before. They haven't posted about the other Carolina players today either. Javonte Williams ran for 145 yards on 13 carries, and he didn't get a tweet either. Drake has gotten more than him this year.

How about Pop Douglas last night. Made a couple of plays. Didn't make up for his boneheaded 4th down blunder a couple weeks ago but I hope he learned from that and better things are ahead.

To be fair they only posted something in the last hour so the original tweet wasn't wrong when it was posted. I'm glad they did.
Ok, let me be clear.

You can post your Belichick schizo posts in your schizo threads with your schizo friends that are obsessed about a guy who hasn't been here in nearly 2 calendar years. I go in there every 100 pages or so and call you schizos. That's 'it is what it is.'

1) This isn't something you *actually* care about. It's SamBam-level trolling, and you're actually better than that.
2) Can we please have actual football discussion from 2025 in the football threads please? Thank you.

For those who know, how well does the Bills OL compare to the rest of the league?

but on the other side White would crash the pocket head down and then react after the QB and RB had passed him. He is an enigma at this point. Entirely too many times he looks lost, but then he looks competent for a couple plays. His bad is much worse than his good
He doesn't have the moves to get around the edge. He's a bull rusher. We should all know this by now. But he has made a massive improvement in the run game. The weird thing is, he has improved setting the edge under a coach and coaches who dont particularly value that ability. This coaching staff priortizes TFLs because they see them as drive killers. They will trade 2 9-yard runs for 1 TFL.

And a strong hands catch by Diggs.

Saw that a few times tonight. A lesser receiver could have lost the ball.

Bill was always a bargain basement shopper when it came to WR.

Some times it worked out, some times it did not.

We only got Moss since he was feuding with the Raiders and they wanted him gone.

Then of course is the infamous case of Antonio Brown.

Most of the time we made due with guys like David Patten, Jabar Gaffney, Brandon LaFell and Reche Caldwell.

Textbook 'lesser receivers', IMO.

They're not a great pass-blocking line, average run-blocking line. Josh Allen covers a lot of mistakes for them. Talking heads don't know the difference, so they say they're great.

Seriously, what in the blue **** does Belichick drafing/cheaping out on receivers have anything to do with anything in 2025?

How can you say it wasn't wrong?

It said Belichick has banned tweets about Patriot players who played for UNC.

You know for sure that this was correct?

All I saw on Carolina football's page were sporadic posts (just a few) about the NFL over the last month, with one of the players featured being Drake Maye. I saw ZERO posts about the NFL from this weekend DESPITE the fact that Javonte Williams had a great game.

Not obsessed. Stated my opinions more than once but that's not obsession.

I do actually. Hence the post. It really annoyed me so glad whoever it was in charge corrected it and I'll leave it at that.

Sure.

Florio generally isn't wrong about things. Perhaps Bill heard the backlash and reversed course. If so I'm glad he did. It was ridiculous that they wouldn't acknowledge one of their own.

Was just checking out the comments over on the Bills fan forum. After further review, apparently we didn't win the game last night, The Bills gave us the win with their poor play.

And their poor play calling (man they hate their OC and HC) and of course the refs gave us the game.

At least their players are willing to be honest.

"We shouldn't have even been in it with three turnovers," Allen said. "So, again, that's just ... piss-poor offense."

He should try it with five turnovers, LOL!

A second for Wes Welker, a 1st for Brandin Cooks, a 2nd for Mo Sanu, signed Hunter Henry and Jonnu Smith.

Sometimes it works out, sometimes it doesn't. But they have spent top dollar for receivers in the past or else expended considerable resources (1sts and 2nds).

When you already have top WRs on the team (Moss, Welker, Gronk, Hernandez, Edelman), it's ok to add people like Lloyd and Lafell. When the Patriots have lacked players opposite Edelman (though they still had Gronk, Amendola) they spent draft picks in trades.

Florio is not an amateur blogger that throws trash at the wall and hope something sticks.
That's literally what he is. He just got picked up by NBC.
