Definitely need a "Hulk smash" short yardage guy.I think Stevenson will ultimately turn it around and remain a contributor for the next couple of years.
That said, they need a true power back in a bad way. Stevenson plays more like a finesse back despite his size. Henderson is a speed back. Gibson is toast, and was very similar to Stevenson anyway. They don’t have anyone that can physically dominate another player and get a guaranteed one to two yards when you need it. But, that type of player is usually not that hard to find.

I see nothing in the last 24 hours on the UNCFootball account about Maye. Bill is being Bill, petty and (as usual) everything has to be top secret like a black site.
There were other options at OT still in FA.. but some reason the stench of Lowe remains.. the guys not an NFL player. He has starting experience in the league and still false starts.. put his ass on the PS where he probably belongs..As far as I know, the Lowe cult still exists. Hell, the Sidy Sow cult still exists.
"B-but we need a backup left tackle" Good, go get another guy who can't ****ing play...but also won't false start on his ONE ****ING SNAP.
The 1-4 Saints are tough?
All NFL teams are tough I guess, and you can't overlook any of them... but they have some of the worst offenses and defenses in the NFL.
The Pats have to focus on themselves and improving their level of execution. If they stay healthy and play mistake free they can beat anyone.
Lloyd was a really good player for us.
Had a great pic while here, though
I don't think Vrabel will let them look too far down the road. One game at a time. Not having an emotional letdown after a big win is probably tougher than the Saints.
This team can't take any games for granted yet, we need to bank these next 2 games and get to 5-2 to really ice this Bills win as a huge season changing one don't wanna go down there and lay an egg.
I dont think he's good, but it wasn't him who twitched. It was the guy inside of him (I didn't get the number). Lowe was unfairly blamed. There were other options at OT still in FA.. but some reason the stench of Lowe remains.. the guys not an NFL player. This team has the capability of going on a run. Saints are Fiesty team.. you can't tell them they are in a rebuild. They have some skill guys... they romped us at home in 2023.. lets return the favor.A let down game could be possible too after a win like this. Another good test for Vrabel .
But i agree, and alot of these games like NO rest of the way are gonna be very winnable. I didn’t think id be at a point where saying a 9-8 record would disappoint me but if we go 6-6 against the remaining schedule itd be be pretty suprised and not in a good way… barring a bunch of injuries or maye getting hurt.
You could be right, but lowe is notorious for false start.. the reffs I'm sure knew that.I dont think he's good, but it wasn't him who twitched. It was the guy inside of him (I didn't get the number). Lowe was unfairly blamed.
One thing that I am expecting is to see the Pats getting more favorable treatment from the refs in the future. Also the refs.
Holy ****, they've been like a 12-13 win team for the last half-decade, and they're still crying about the damn refs.
We NEED to win these next 2 games. That puts at 6-3..I don't think Vrabel will let them look too far down the road. One game at a time.
And it's two road games. Last night was the first of a 3 game road trip.We NEED to win these next 2 games. That puts at 6-3..
Lowe jumped. He was on the camera hanging his head and pouting.I dont think he's good, but it wasn't him who twitched. It was the guy inside of him (I didn't get the number). Lowe was unfairly blamed.
We have had some ugly losses in N’Awlins8 more wins gets us to the magic number (11) for the playoffs. 10-7 is risky. We have a good chance of going 8-4 but it will be tough starting this week in New Orleans.
I heard Barth talking about how our first few games were officiated by some of the flag-happiest crews. Last night's crew was 5th flag happiest. So hopefully we'll get to some more let players play crews as we move on this season. One thing that I am expecting is to see the Pats getting more favorable treatment from the refs in the future.
Not due to favoritism, just due to a bias that poor teams are likely to be committing penalties, so they don’t get the benefit of the doubt, while the opposite will be assumed with well/coached winning teams.
The Pats may well have moved from the first to the latter after last night’s game.

It’s a shame but it is what it is…

Tennessee Vrabel has this circled I'm sure. Also Drake will have an opportunity to redeem himself from last year.
Browns has a tough defense and won't be easy. We cannot have a let down.. we have to win to create separation and out ourselves in a good position come seeding... yeah... imagine that... seeding.
