I'm not sure that 11 games is enough.. 10 of the 16 AFC teams are within 1 game of each other.. The AFC North and AFC West are ridiculously tight with all 7 of 8 teams over .500 and KC at .500.
The Pats need the win against Cleveland to ensure they have the tie breaker over Cleveland in the WC. Cleveland may or may not win their Division. Barring a Total Collapse, I see Cleveland as the #1 or #2 team in the AFC North.. #2 means WC.
The Pats already have the Tiebreaker over the Chargers. The Pats need to continue winning conference games.
Play-off seeding is going to depend heavily on the Conference record for the 3 WC teams as well as overall record. That's why I think that 11 games might not be enough with the 17 game season.
Its the Jete's stink, it never leaves you, kind of like getting sprayed by a skunk, you can smell it a long time. For the sake of his career, Donald should've refused to play us by any means. Should've stayed in concussion protocol or even smashed his own knee with a hammer if need be lol. That ghost thing was going away and now its like cemented. Mark Sanchez has won multiple playoff games but he is forever the buttfumble guy.
Some embarrassing moments are unshakable. Kids need to remember that before doing any talent show unprepared all willy nilly.
Yeah, in those years you had the Pats 14-2, the Chiefs 13-3 or so so it was more top heavy, there's more parity (I hate that word) this year. There are no great teams are in the AFC. Most of the teams in the AFC are bunched together and average to slightly above average. That tells me that the top teams are going to lose a higher than average amount of games. So I won’t be surprised if a 9-8 team gets into the playoffs on the AFC.
Usually, when 10 or even 11 wins don’t guarantee you a playoff spot, the conference usually lopsided with only has a handful of really good teams and everyone else sucks.
It means you're too young to knowI have no idea what this means.
I loved Archuleta today, one of the best imo.Not sure who is worse Sam Darnold or Adam Archuleta?? Guess Bryant Gumbel got the short straw,Archuleta 's commentary is not only incorrect for the most part, but boring as hell.
This is certainly looking like 2001. Jekyll and Hyde Browns come to town next week so another possible win is on deck.
Actually I think 10 wins gets anyone in this year cause there will be such a logjam of 8-9 and 9-8 teams.I'd rather not depend on the luck of other teams doing badly. The Patriots have a chance to take this division by the horns by beating the Bills. That should be the focus. If you can get the division title, that's a way more sure way into the playoffs than hoping to get in via Wildcard.
Also don't count on 10 wins as a sure get into the playoffs anymore. The season has now stretched to 17 games instead of 16. It's quite likely that 11 wins has become the the new minimum win amount to gain wildcard entry into the playoffs.
6-2 to finish off the season doesn't look that unlikely anymore considering how weak the schedule is and the momentum the Pats have built in recent weeks. But yes, it is possible to sneak in with 10 wins by finishing 5-3, it just doesn't feel nearly a sure thing with a 17 game schedule.
when there's a ball on the ground there are very few things you can do to get yourself a penalty, least of all what Mac did.It should have been a penalty and as Hart says it is a bad look. But how is he intentionally trying to injure Burns?
I thought that after his time playing in real games last year, then we still waived him and he cleared waivers. So it's hard to say.Myles Bryant won't be returning to the Practice Squad -- ever.
GDT must have been orgasmic when Gilmore intercepted Mac...
Man he hits hard.Myles Bryant won't be returning to the Practice Squad -- ever.
Give JJ Taylor a real chance.Nice win, the division is in play. RB room is too thin. Bring on the Bills.
He has too much good game tape now to not be picked up by someone. He's ferocious playing downhill as a slot CB.I thought that after his time playing in real games last year, then we still waived him and he cleared waivers. So it's hard to say.
