Almost Any other year I would’ve been amped up in that moment of 1st and goal at the 5 but truthfully i was just thinking to myself ‘how are we going to blow it this time?’ And im guessing if rham didn’t fumble we still would have some how

Another part of this team the desperately needs revamping that is not getting a lot of play: the kicker and the punter. Folk effectively cost us the game today and that punter may be the worst I’ve ever seen, and sadly Ryan Allen isn’t much better.
I use to hear this being said... a coach has a self life of a few years, then the players start tuning them out and the team starts going down hill. BB would change the roster every year so half the team was new. So that meant that every year there were new players that bought in along with some leaders that hadn't. If most of the team changes every couple of years no one has time to get tired of listening to BB and tuning him out.

I thought it was in the bag myself and was thinking ahead to whether Cincy would have time for a comeback. The walls are still vibrating from my reaction to the fumble, good thing we don't have kids.
Ugh I don’t know where to begin…..but let’s just say he had Deshaun Watson and Deandre Hopkins for many years and was given a pretty decent team at inception too….and barely broke .500….. personally, I was also not overly overwhelmed with him at all offensive coordinator here during his time… We shall see… I think Kraft is going to go on a different direction after all of this…. But of B.o.B is the OC here next year… Obviously, I hope he succeeds.
Man I hope so… We will all hear about this play for years to come as one of the dumbest plays of all time… Butt fumble… Carolina fake punt… Embarrassing

We can no longer say Bill does what's best for the team to win since he vanished Bourne on the behalf of his unqualified buddy and he's clearly one of the best offensive weapons.
Tom had a very strong arm from day one. Look at this throw back in 2003 without even properly setting his legs.
His arm remained strong as he got older which was the unusual part. It's lazy reporting that says he had a weak arm simply because he was a 6th round pick.
Also he is a freak - to expect Mac to be like him just because he is our QB is delusional homerism and nothing else.
I do believe Patricia is a huge problem and should not come back.
BUT Mac could've made it so much easier on himself this year if he recognized the check down quicker and took the easy pass. He never sees anyone on his flanks. If he throws short, it's a designed short pass. Never a checkdown.
Edit: I do want to note, though, that part of the reason for there seeming to be fewer check downs than you think there should be is that Jones is breaking from the pocket as quickly as he is, so that changes an ordered check down to a scrambling check down (or straight up broken play).
And this goes for scanning the field as well, as he misses guys open on the boundaries. The throw that got Jonnu Smith hurt was not only a bizarre jerky play (and for that I blame Patricia) but Mac should know better.
Jones was the best rookie QB last season, and it wasn't particularly close. All this change and chaos has happened and, as many predicted, it's caused Jones to flounder. Yet apparently, according to you, that's a Jones problem...
