No he did not. Thornton beat his man. A throw in stride would have given him a chance to beat the safety (assuming he caught it).

The throw was at least a couple yards short. He had to slow down and contort his body to give himself a chance. This made it a much harder catch than it needed to be and gave the DB the chance to catch up and make a play.
Maybe if a certain QB didn’t get a 15-yard Unsportsmanlike penalty after the fumble then his throw may have been more in range”? Just sayin….

Proud the team fought back. After last week felt like the team could have easily packed it in and gotten stomped but they very nearly pulled it out against possibly the current best team. Theres still some hope IMO for next season with the proper moves made , namely get an oc and utilize your weapons right.

That said , this is a bad team. Bad teams find ways to lose games. We find ways to lose. We’re a bad team. I like our defense and feel like they can be really special with a couple more pieces. The offense needs alot of work though, namely starting with the above 2 points.

Crazy as it sounds though if the Dolphins lose tomorrow we essentially control our own destiny again (as long as the Raiders drop one of the next 3 which they probably will). I'd at least like to see this team beat Miami and have some shot going into buffalo. Not that I'm expecting much but I'm a sucker for January football.

Just absolutely irate that for 14 weeks Bourne was a complete non factor. Happy that seemingly BOB is on the way. Mac has not done much to inspire hope but I do want to see him with a real OC again before I abandon that ship.

The Marcus Jones pick-6 was a miscommunication between the QB and WR. Electric return by Marcus though.

Chase was careless with the ball on the fumble. But credit to Judon for taking advantage.

The TD on the deflection was pure luck.

Cincinnati defender made a nice play on the Stevenson fumble.

That play should've been whistled within 20 minutes of forward progress being stopped. The Pats got screwed.

Come back after the game and watch people putting all/most of the blame on the QB. It'll be fun.

Mac Jones is Zach Wilson + 10%

That hail mary landing at the 22 yard line was sad and hilarious, 35 yard duck hail mary LMAO

That's all the arm he has, accept your quarterback can't play dead in a western.

Patricia is horrible but when he's replaced and Mac still blows then what?

Totally agree . He seems so shot from an arm strength standpoint. And this is in his initial years . As he gets older won't the arm become even more weaker ....

Time to move on from Mac . He just seems to be a poor man's version of Andy Dalton.

Walk in touchdown if noodle arm puts it 5 yards farther

You people don't disappoint.

D fought back. They literally dragged the O up and forced them to do something. They also made it easier on the O by making the Bengals nervous and lose all momentum.

I don't think I have ever seen such a a massive disparity on a team between 2 units before.

So if the Pats make a good play the opponent did something bad. The pats make a bad play that let's be real should have been called dead the opponent made a good play?

I smell hater

He scored one TD, was gifted another. I wouldn’t say he was terrible but just typical Mac. KB pretty much carried the offense, including Mac at the end.
This

Mac did a good job extending some plays. Although that 3rd and 24 wouldn't have happened if he didn't try too hard

Holy crap I missed that. What a boneheaded play! FFS. That and the TB77 penalty. I'm surprised the Pats have toes left after shooting themselves in the feet so much.

Do the coaches watch other games? Why not run that Eagles rugby goal line QB sneak play last week? It works every fecking time
