Blount had 3 damn TDs and you don't give it to him there....how ****ing stupid.

2 effing turning points.... last defensive play of first half--stupendously bad and the last plays of offense at end of game

I suspect that play was designed to draw a pass interference.
For what? There was but a couple of seconds left. Even if they get a PI they would only get one more play.

There were so many mistakes throughout the game. Julian's came late when it's seem to matter more, but I think Tom's fumble at the 1 yard line hurt us just as much.

Wrong. You're wrong.

Game winning td happened after his fumble. Forget everything before it. That was the game.

Now **** the ****ing **** off with your ********

I put this one on the offense. So many 3 and outs in the first half. Can't score a tying goal with 1st and goal in the 4th. Brady with an uncharacteristic interception. Edelman with the fumble. They were more physical and played harder. We'll learn from it, and move on. The AFC East is still ours. Long season to correct issues.

More annoyed and concerned over the defense than anything. Besides that I'm already over it. This was far from a must win. We are fine.

Patriots were outplayed and out coached by a better team.

Thank God they play on the road next week.

Good thing Collins wasn't around to spoil this D.

Maybe this will be the wake up call they need.

Just plain lost. Did everything at least a little bit worse than Seattle. This isn't a "blow through the entire schedule" team, and we already knew this. I thought we would win but we didn't, but as far as surprise losses go, this one is not very surprising.

I hate it when lame play calling holds back great players, go and let Brady and his players do what they do instead of cute plays at the goal line.

I suspect that play was designed to draw a pass interference.
You might be right - they had a timeout left, four more tries from the half yard line would've guaranteed a TD... but, that's stupid since it relies on the officials, who are totally inconsistent. You shouldn't be running a play at the 1 that isn't intended to score, especially with the game on the line...

So it's a flag at the beginning of the game but not the end?

Ref consistency continues to ruin this game.

Tough loss but maybe they didn't want to show any tricks in case they meet in the Super Bowl. Gronk's our best player on offence after Brady. They gave him a shot with the game on the line, it just didn't work out this time. I would of liked to see that play maybe on first or second down, but it is what it is.

I blame the defense for the failure of the offense

Actually they started to play the clock, the Pat's knew they had to bleed it dry before they scored, so Yes, it was partially the defenses fault

Pats lost without playing their best game and Seattle playing a very good one and it was razor close.

Overall it sucks but the super bowl is still on the table and the Pats clearly know what they need to fix if they are to win it.

Overall sucks but this is a lose they have to learn from. They will likely still be the first seed but they need to improve their D between now and then.

Now I know how all the Seattle fans felt.

"Why would you throw it??"

Draft picks are overrated. They''re most likely to be busts or guys that have been solid for us but we end up trading away.

Since that's the case maybe we shouldn't trade Jimmy in the offseason.

Call me not worried. At this time of the season a loss like this is probably the best thing that could happen to us. Something to build on...
