He has done well on punts but not so good in kick offs. Those are hard to do these days though.

The kicker for me is LaFell is the only person I've seen in the past few years that Tom has REALLY had some success with back shoulder throws and bucket throws.

He has a tendency to make the difficult stuff look like a breeze and the wide open catch-in-stride stuff look like he's trying to balance the nation's budget at the same time.
