Well, IIRC BOB is a hard-ass for sure. Seemed to be constantly screaming and taking a perpetual "glass-is-half-empty outlook.

For some reason, I don't think the players he has respond favorably to this approach by and large.

Vrabel was the other coach they highlighted. He did not scream as much as BOB, but he demanded smart disciplined play and the guys who did not give it to him consistently did not get reps.

Wow Houston is really, really playing bad! You would think that they would come out on fire. That INT on the first drive just completely deflated them.
