In one situation you have an absolute clear view on the spot and in the other situation you had player falling in the middle of other players which makes it harder to have a clear view on the spot.
If you can't see the difference then I can't help you..
There is no difference they have spotters assigned specifically to so that. We instead elected to go hurry up offense and screw ourselves out of the right spot.
