Game Day Thread Official Game Day Thread- Week 3 Pats @ Lions

THIS IS OUR LIVE GAME DAY THREAD:

This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.

At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.

Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.

This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.

If you do you will have your account suspended.

I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.

The Patriots defense is as soft as soft can get. The only hope is that an offense screws up, be cause they have one guy out of 11 today that can win a one on one matchup.

Alright O, wake the f up. You are capable of much better than we've seen this year.

I can't tell you how many games I've watched over the recent years now where the opposing team has a really long opening drive that ultimately only ends up with a field goal, and the Patriots go on to win handily.

Let's all breathe.

What happened to the Pats that used to come out and roll over people?

Patricia bailing out the Pats with that FG

The D is just horrendous at every level

The secondary isn’t going to be perfect with all day to throw, so in that regard no I don’t think every level is horrible. Secondary will be fine. Good game for JCJ and Crossen to maybe get some experience

They should have gone for it. How could they not be extremely confident in getting a fourth and short? The defense is getting dominated in the trenches.

The Jets were up by 20 at this point of the game.

Like a hot knife through butter.

No pass rush, inability to stop a run for less than 6 yards.

Stafford is absolutely going to annihilate this team. He's actually a legit quarterback unlike Bortles and Watson coming off of major injury.

Haha, you would think. But Stafford has made a career out of some bonehead plays.

Ok, now lets see Monaco Brady and his bunch of misfits.

On this thread?

Nice thought though

Stafford is going to sling it all night and look like 2004 Peyton Manning

I am sure you hope that Troll

Nothing in that Detroit drive to feel good about except that in ended in a FG, and that was almost by accident.

The big question that will need to be answered is if things will improve as the game progresses.

LB play not bad so far. Front 4 is worst in the league likely

The DL (and front-7 in general) looks woefully soft. Getting manhandled.

May be time to look for a replacement for Brendan Daley.

No sack Patricia

And I’m not talking about QB pressure
