This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.
At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.
Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.
This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.
If you do you will have your account suspended.
I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.
No doubt that Bennett is the more special and talented player. He's also the older player, so we'll have to take another look at this toward the end of the season. As much as I wanted Flowers to stay, I actually like having Bennett on the DL more.
Would be great to get off to a 2-0 start this year. Looking forward to see how AB looks and if he plays today.
After our great performance last Sunday night, I couldn't wait for today!! Defense looked awesome.
Of course hoping for no injuries!!!
I don't usually spend much time in the GDT but I seemed to have caught this one at the right time.
AB is an incredible story. It's LGB II with a better player and this time the ex-Steeler had to go through Oakland instead of coming right here. That must drive the Steelers nuts.
I was watching another game and I noticed how the teams didn't always make tackles after short completions. The Pats defense seems to perform that task better than other NYFL teams. That's not an easy thing to do in the NYFL.
A certain credible poster was on his ass all season because he wasn’t big in the running game. Finally he started to admit to his worth after Super Bowl 51.
No J. Williams again this week. He was the rookie I was most interested to see play in real action, especially since he got better game-to-game in the preseason. Disappointing.
I think that Williams will eventually be a factor this year. CB is obviously such a strong position for them. He would be active and playing on almost every other team.
Give him time to learn the system, clean up some bad habits/techniques and get stronger the later in the season when they play some elite pass catching TEs, see what he can do. I expect them to deploy either him or Obi in that role.
It could be worse. We could’ve drafted Andy Isabella in the 2nd, amirite Deus?
