Okay, just my observation on the NFL pushing high-powered offense with high scoring games (KC, New Orleans, etc.) but in watching other NFL games this year it seems they are turning a blind eye to offensive pick plays. Yet, Patriots engage in a slight pick play and the flags fly...
I think age is taking its tool mentally, if not so much physically. He's starting to hear that little self-preservation voice in his head. You know, the same one that makes adults wince every time a guy gets hit hard or twisted around in a way that would have excited us as kids. I don't know if you can do anything about that, it's chronic. Maybe get hypnotized before each game.
