One was a great throw, the other was a bad throw.

That is a bit simplistic. Fitz did make a wonderful throw and Brady did lead Mitchell a little.
The receiver from the Jets made a great play by staying in bounds. Mitchell could have made an amazing catch as I think he is a great receiver.
Brady def did not make his best throw.
