Tits run D is their strength.. why would you continually want to test that? Especially with inside runs? Keep it honest, sure, but to continually bang your head against a brick wall?
You don't give up on a key part of your offense, one which BTW triggers a large part of your passing offense, ESPECIALLY this early in the game.
If it continues to be that ineffective into the 3rd quarter, THEN your criticism becomes more valid. But to call one of the best offensive minds in the NFL, McDumb is just.......dumb.
The Pats need to stop shooting themselves in the foot. They need to finish drives. And they need to make the defensive adjustments. You don’t need to be a football genius to realize that.
One thing I like about the first half is if the offense finish drives, they are showing they are capable of getting into a shootout with a good team in the playoffs. People questioned if Jones could take command of the offense and drive the ball down the field in a hurry. He is today, but they need to close things out.

Interesting. They’ve had no need for a supersatar this game. There’s been some big plays on offense, and a big time missed opportunity for a wide open TD by Mac to Henry. I agree with most of the other points made. This team has to stop playing down to the competition.
