It is the first game of the season. The Dolphins are a team the Pats will likely be battling for a Wild Card spot if either team get there. It is a good thing that the Pats look like they are better team when looking at the long haul. That is what I am looking at. Of course it is a bad thing if the Pats lose the game.

So, mental mistakes doesn't = playing bad? All you're doing is describing bad plays the patriots were apart of as if that is somehow an argument to them being better. Also, you're talking about one side of the ball. The other side, they have 7 points... But okay, they are playing better. Gotcha. Whatever mental gymnastics you have to do to make yourself believe that is okay with me.

It's almost like the little things even out and every game revolves around a few big plays.

I still don't know what the deal is with Bourne. He was fine last season, it looked like a great signing, but right off the bat this training camp he was being phased out.

Reportedly he has had some attitude problems. Sounds like maybe he bought into the hype that BB’s approach and staff aren’t the best. Would be nice if he would get his head straight and just do his job.
