To this point but all together what has he played like a half of football? I would think once were pretty much eliminated from playoff contention I don’t see the problem getting stid some more game experience this year.
He is a 4th round pick and like almost all 4th round QBs his ceiling is NFL backup. He’s shown nothing in his NFL stints so far. Compare that to JG who did show something even in mop up against KC in that 2014 disaster. I wanted Stid to show something but it’s not happening and it seems the coaches agree.
Cam is the starter and could be again next year depending on which way they want to go at QB. I don’t see the point of getting a guy like Stidham reps now over a starter unless the game is out of reach.
