I keep hearing this hate for Bibby. What did he do?

He said something along the lines of "the Celtics didn't have any fans until they started winning. they couldn't sell 75% of the tickets and now it's full of fairweathered fans." Which is sort of true but I still want to hurt him. I think Posey or someone said in response that "they need us to go down their to fill their house" which was pretty funny.

I only wish Tommy was doing the game so he could give voice to my frustration with such a complete failure being allowed to continue reffing (and I'm sure the fact that she's a woman has nothing to do with that...)

The Celtics are running around the perimeter too much and not through the lane enough. That was one thing that made Bird's Celtics so great was their runs through the lane. The Celtics run through the lane primarily when the ball is being passed on the perimeter. I'd love to see them run Garnett through the lane to break down the Hawks interior defense.

I'm a big Doc fan and have defending him in year's past, but tonite he fell asleep at the wheel. Leaving Rondo on the bench as the lead disappeared was a terrible mistake. You leave him in and go for the jugular and this game is over by mid fourth quarter. To bring in Eddie House instead?? Oh man. Just some questionable calls, leaving Allen on Johnson, going small with Powe.

I rarely blame basketball losses on coaches b/c its difficult for them to influence things that much, but the C's players played decently enough to win this game.

Yeah, I mean, isn't Posey on this team for his defense? Maybe doc should have thought about putting someone who can play some D on Johnson? More bad officiating this game, but it was much more about the Celts falling short tonight more than anything the refs did. Really frustrating.

Are you kidding me this would be far worse losing in the first round to a team that really shouldnt even be in the playoffs. Effectively a bunch of rookies have taken the celtics completely out of their gameplan, it would be easy to blame the refs, but the refs did not shoot under 50% at the free throw line last night.
