Official 2022 Tompa Bay Gronkaneers Thread

Ya if he's willing to take some hits they can make more plays. He's not willing at all and I wonder if there's a standoff with the OC. Jones helps but I still don't see how they move the chains. They need to get the lead and force Lamar to make mistakes.
O-line has to play better too. Running game has been a disaster but I think they want to stick with it to sustain play action. They've looked pretty smooth a few times in their uptempo offense so I'd like to see them go to that early. They need this game bigtime to get their minds right for the Rams matchup, which will have playoff seeding implications.

I will say no matter how bad it's been they do move the ball fairly well. They just suck in the clutch situations so far.(3rd down/redzone/)

Julio Jones reportedly will be active for tonight's game.

I expect him to get injured within 4 drives
4 drives? Ambitious! lol. They need to find the plays they run well and find a way to convert 3rd downs (26th in the league) and then have the OC actually DESIGN PLAYS for the red zone. Hopefully as others have said they come out aggressive and at least go down hard if they have to go down. I'd like to also see the stats on 3 and outs but I suspect they are in the middle somewhere. They are surprisingly in the upper middle on total first downs so they are moving the ball as you have said, they just can't convert when it matters.

Fumbling that punt return...

Honestly why should Brady even show up.

The Bucs offense showed up in the first quarter today. Time for a party to celebrate!

Vita Vea is just too fast for Lamar Jackson!

What a ****/boring game. Are there going to be any good games this year?

  • Agree

Why can’t this offense find any rhythm at all

What are those receivers doing downfield

Why the hell is toilet bowls using a timeout right there

Looks to me like Tom came back just to waste his time and his body.

Tom stunk today. More than the Steelers game. The #s are definitely misleading. Could have easily had 3 INTs tonight and missed a lot of open receivers. Drops didn't help either

Tampa can still make the super bowl with a few fixes they’ll win the division regardless

1. Fire Leftwhich

2. Get a 3rd WR Julio is cooked and will never be healthy and it’s week 7 Gage isn’t healthy and he is what he is. Bring in Brandon Cooks he’d be a very good weapon wiith Evans/Godwin taking attention from him and if Gage gets back to 90% of last year than bam.

3. Get White more involved Lenny isn’t a workhorse and white is more explosive at this point you have nine games to get the kid playoff ready.

4. Hope Hicks stays healthy when he gets back that will help the defense get better as they are missing a big guy up front next to Vae

I think the defense will be fine Dean is playing at an elite level as we’re Davis/Winfield when they were healthy and Logan Ryan returning will be huge for that secondary the pass rush will suffer without Shaq though
