Official 2022 Tompa Bay Gronkaneers Thread

This team is clearly in its own head, if you know what I mean.

I really can’t wrap my head around the physics of how he didn’t catch that. It lands right where it needed to be for a human to catch it.

And Evans is now hurt (might not be much, but it's something) because someone missed a block and got him lit up. This team really needs a mental adjustment.

That Evans drop is going to haunt them all game

Could have lit a fire, instead it was a giant let down. Terrible effort by a supposedly elite WR

Evans with his second drop. Needs to clear his head. It's still early, but they are off to a bad start. Luckily, they're playing the Panthers.

CBS putting its #1 crew on DAL-DET: what were they thinking?

Evans is alright and back in the game. And Wirfs whiffed on a run block that led to a 7 yard loss. But they have moved the ball this drive, so they've got that going for them.

Man this team is bad

And Evans just quit on a route.

I don't know that I have ever before seen a punt fair caught in the end zone in the NFL....

I legitimately cannot understand what’s happening watching this team. Usually bad teams are just bad in obvious ways. But this isnt “bad” so much as bafflingly frustrating futility.

Evans failing to pull in that high pass
Smith getting woodshedded by Burns
Ineligible man downfield penalty

It's not just 1-2 things. The problem on the field is centered around the OL, but it's spread throughout the entire team.

I told yall not to take Carolina lightly specially how the Bucs are playing

First time watching the Bucs in a few weeks

Can’t believe what I’m seeing. Defense is bad, offense is somehow worse.

This is just painful as a viewing experience.

Not worried. They’ll figure it out and when they do look out. Remember how they were beat down twice against the Saints in 2020 and then you know what happened after that.

I’ll never count any Brady team out.

Entire team has its head up its ***. Another half with no TD. Panthers should be the demoralized ones, not the Bucs. So much for Brady needs the weapons. Coaching is a major factor here. Thank God for BB & the Patriots where self inflicted stupid coaching problems get fixed.
I never thought I'd see it again but its awful 2019 sulking Brady redux.
2nd half is a chance to turn the tide.

Brady can’t do anything about the #1 borderline HoF WR still in his prime dropping what was a perfect pass that was gonna be a TD on the opening drive which then set the tone for the game. At least with the Welker drop you can argue the throw could have been better (he should still have caught it). But this though was absolutely a drop that should have you questioning whether you should just leave. Like, what can you even say? It’s just an absolute mental error of epic proportions by Evans.
