My heart dropped when I saw a trade at pick 14, I thought it was WFT or the Saints trying to get Jones
Washington should have made that move. The storylines would have been tremendous.

He’s a beast. Gonna target him on my fantasy team this year.

Jesus. 6 guys from Bama in the first round.

Maria Taylor, take off that jacket and turn around so I can see your ass in those leggings, god damnit.

I agree; this is an excellent pick. They did not have to give up any draft capital and did not get sucked into one of those radical trade-up robberies. And also note that Jones will be a lot more cap friendly than JimmyG. Great move (and some luck) by the Patriots not moving up. Whne SF foolishly took Lance, there was a glimmer of hope that Fields or Jones would fall to the Patriots....and their luck held.....

Now we have to get the boy into the weight room and off the cheetos

If NFL GMs aren’t actually CIA trained double agents and we take the San Francisco story at somewhat face value, they look like huge losers in the end. It sounds like they were really torn between Jones and Lance. They were originally at #12 and could have gotten Jones there. There’s a possibility that Lance would have fallen there if they hadn’t picked him. The 49ers now have no first round picks in 2022 or 2023.

I haven't been watching these drafts lately. I made the mistake of saying "Given how messed up this past year was, why not give it another shot?"

Huge mistake. This will be the last night of draft that I ever watch.

Tired of getting non-stop virtue rammed down your throat?

I love this pick. But i still want jimmy g. Now the pats can sit and wait for jimmy g to be released if they have to.

Look at the way we handled our QB situation and how they handled theirs. Cool, calm and collected vs the opposite of that. I don't think KS or Lynch care though bc they have 3-4 years to develop Lance, that offense. If that doesn't work they'll just crawl away.

That’s a very good pick by the Jaguars.

If i am the bucs i am trading up to get another defensive piece. I thigut the jags would take Jenkins. They’re terrible. I don’t think their O-line is that great.

It is annoying... But at the same time strangely satisfying...

Maybe it's the Thursday drinking....
