I am waching the Colts game, I watched a few this year and I have a question.

Could someone please explain to me why the Left guard, right next to the center on the left side (just to be clear) almost always moves right before the snap. He either reaches out with his hand and touches the center, or bobs his head, then the center snaps the ball. The Left Guard, he's the only one that moves before the snap, but no false start, why?

I hadn't noticed previously but I'll be sure to watch when they play the Jets.

If that is indeed what is happening then it should be a false start.
