No Heading Block

Is anybody else finding that when you open some threads the heading block is missing? The one that contains the blue links like what thread your on and in what forum ect, the maroon bar under that, that contains User CP-Blogs-FAQ-Members List ect ect...

Not every thread but in some you open it's missing...
