Ninko has a blood clot in his leg

100% true. Soap and water is enough to kill most everything. The anti-bacterial soap and the over-use of over-the counter anti-bacerial agents (for cuts and such) is is huge problem.
I don't think soap and water actually kills much of anything. Rather, it removes it from your skin,

Blood clots are EXTREMELY serious, and they can end careers (Chris Bosh is facing this possibly in the NBA). If they end up in your lungs, you can certainly pass away. ACL surgeries can cause you to have blood clots form at your surgical site, so I'm nervous about Dion...

God, I'm torn up about this... I hope you get better, but if not thanks for everything Nink...

Actually, not. Most soaps contain some sort of sulfonated detergents (things like SDS -mostly in shampoo but derivatives found in soap). These long chain compounds are lytic. Water itself is lytic to many bacteria and viruses. Think about your comment. If plain tap water was hospitable to bacterial growth, what would that mean? Most viruses with an envelope don't survive in plain water.

But arent some popular antibiotics becoming useless because of over use and some patients not taking all their medication?

Over use is the primary driver. 80% of US antibiotic is in CAFO (concentrated animal farming operation). Beef and chicken, mostly.

The other issue, not finishing, is real, too, but not a big deal compared to the overuse issue.

Still, QM raises an important distinction. From a pragmatic standpoint, if the bacteria is washed down the drain, or killed, it is off of our hands and thus the job is done.

So right.

Those white pads at the bottom of beef packages are antibiotics. They use the antibiotic pads because feed lot cattle are fed a diet of mostly cheap corn. Cows arent meant to eat that way and this diet has produced e coli bacteria in beef.
