NFL first filed motion to confirm. No common ground here.

NFLs arguments now floating in

NFL Memorandum of Law (point headings): (1) Goodell interpreted and applied CBA & past precedent in rejecting the Union’s notice arguments"

Daniel Wallach ?@WALLACHLEGAL 2m2 minutes ago
NFL Memo of Law: (2) :"Relying on his interp of CBA & findings of fact, Goodell considered/rejected NFLPA's 'fair and consistent' arguments"

Daniel Wallach ?@WALLACHLEGAL 2m2 minutes ago
NFL Memo of Law -- Points (3) & (4): "The Appeal hearing was procedurally fair" and "The Commissioner was not evidently partial"

Goodell literally lied in his briefing on what happened during the appeal. He knowingly and blatantly lied about information he was told during testimony and used that distortion to base his judgement on. How on earth is that not enough to throw the entire thing out by itself? Far stronger cases have been wrecked by such procedural screwups.

Does the judge not see this? He must right?

Not surprised at this at all

I wonder if Goodell has just hung himself.

Is it possible that Pash has seen this an opportunity to get Goodell removed so that he can take his place?

So Brady didn't play "safe", huh? Media members will be crying all weekend long.

Deus, by this do you refer to the "Brady should just be a man and own up" BS crowd ? Or do you mean the people thought he'd be too cowardly to go to court ?
