Stupid play call by the Jets. Need five to basically end the game. Throws it deep to stop the clock. Now Manning has 2:36, the two minute warning, and a time out to get about 70 yards to let Vinatieri kick the game winning Super Bowl.

1 on 1 coverage, the receiver beat his defender. Everything went well except the throw.

I guess in a certain vantage it is a poor play call, the play caller should've known how inept his QB is.
