That woulda been every bit as good a Zappe's preformance in Lambou but then boom.

That one or 2 plays was the difference between 500 grand and 5 million. Poor bastard.

would any of you fine Yankwee haters like to see a pretty psychotic clip of pure Yanker abhorrence?

Broncos should have won by 2 TDs. Gardner with 2 blatant PIs in the end zone uncalled. Looks like NYFL been meddling again. 6 weeks in and they are doing segments on pre-game shows about him as if he is a top 5 CB.

Tinfoil hat on: All calls are going against the Pats next week. Pats CB breathes on a jest WR it's gonna be called. Meanwhile jest will be able to mug Pats WRs.

This is the most messed up year I can recall. Rodgers and Brady are mediocre, the jets are 5-2, Philly is undefeated,, WTF? seems like half the league is at 500.

Parity year? This is what the NFL wanted. The amount of teams that are .500 is crazy

We have to be the greatest last place division team of all time through 7 weeks.

I don't think we will be for long. Buffalo is clearly at the top but We have a pretty easy stretch coming up. jets lost their best offensive player and Zach Wilson looks really bad.

Dolphins look like they might be coming back to earth. I think we split the series and beat them at home.

Annnnnnnnnd the Yankeeeees loooooosse, the Yankeeeeees looooooooossse!
I couldn’t believe they actually had Papi give them of all teams a pep talk about being down 3-0 in a series

Can you imagine the Pats being huge underdogs in a future Super Bowl and BB or some other Pats coach bringing in the 07 Giants for a pep talk? Yikes

Not sure if this is going under the radar because miami held on to win , but thoughts on tua moving forth? Was that just rust or is he a completely broken qb at this point? After the first quarter he looked like he didn’t belong on an nfl field. Pittsburgh dropped 4 should be picks and other than a few passes he really did nothing against a bad team.

And for some stupid reason dude is still lowering his head going for extra yards, i saw at least 2 instances where he did this.

Even before the injury, Tua had one great quarter in a game where the opposing team thought it was garbage time and he just scored quickly. Otherwise, he hasn't been significantly better than last year. Against the Pats, he was mediocre other than that one pass right before the half which was a result of a blown coverage.

He has shown flashes here and there (like the opening drive last night against a really soft zone), but if you take away the fourth quarter of the Ravens game out of his production this year and he has been nothing special. The Ravens' game is the only game where he scored more than one TD. He has nine TDs for the year and you take away that game he has 3 TDs in four games (or 2 1/2 games). And he arguably has the best receiving duo in the league.

People who are touting Tua as a great or very good QB are doing based solely on the fourth quarter of the Ravens' game because none of his other play this year supports that opinion.

I thought he was doing well before the concussions. But last night once Pittsburgh stopped leaving guys wide open downfield he was about as ineffective a qb ive seen the final 3 quarters. Usually in a case of rust itd go the other way around. That team may be in some trouble here

No he wasn't. He wasn't great vs. the Pats at all. They won despite him and only scored 13 points on offense with one TD. In that game, the Dolphins only had one drive longer than 50 yards and that drive had a 42 yard catch and run to Hill on a 4th and 7 right before the half. Other than that one TD play, the Pats did a great job controlling the Dolphins' offense. Against the Bills, the Dolphins only scored 17 points on offense (the three scoring drives by the Dolphins were the only ones that went over 50 yards) and Tua had a safety in that game.

No offense, but I think your perception of Tua is based solely on the fourth quarter against the Ravens. And even in that game, he was so-so for the first three quarters. They scored 14 points in the first three quarters and 28 points in the fourth. They went into the fourth quarter of that game down 35-14 and won 41-38 and the perception of Tua changed.
