Like I said- Lawrence is a pipe dream for the Pats. There are some awful teams out there.

They could have if they wanted to. Water down your D and keep some young pieces then tank. Hell, if Luck hadn't been brittle the Colts would still be a force. I see people crying about the Red Sox losing and how its a lost season and I'm like f it...lose, get one of the top to picks and grab a stud pitcher.

NFL purgatory is the worst. You need a stud QB and you have a much better shot of getting one at the top of the draft that you do in the middle rounds.
