Are the Ravens consistently the stupidest team in the league? HOU completes a pass to make it 4th and 1 at their own 25, no timeouts, less than a minute to go, and the clock running. They rush to the LOS in desperation mode for a potential game ending play. Harbaugh calls a time out. Where have we seen this before. :bricks:
