NFL Playoffs: Detroit Lions at Dallas Cowboys - odds, stats, preview and prediction

I wonder what Jerry Jones' blood pressure is right now. This game is off to a hilarious start.

Jerry Jones getting credit as GM would be the worst thing about the Cowboys winning the SB.

He wanted Johnny Manziel so they had to take the card out of his hand and twist his arm to get him to pick Zach Martin instead.

Great comparison.

Something I need to go back and do is watch how Baltimore was getting pressure. Were they doing it with four or five DL? My hunch says usually it was with five. I don't think they will have that luxury against us. Detroit seems to get it done quite consistently with just four DL.

They were blitzing a fair amount, but I'd need to re-watch the film. I agree - Detroit has better ability to get pressure with a 4 man rush.

When will Romo force the ball to Dez or Witten and throw a pick. I say a pick in the 2nd and a pick in the 4th

Forgot about the obligatory Romo fumble

And I thought the Cowboys were finally a legit Super Bowl contender.

Pretty sure that three of the sacks on Ben was a four man rush only.

This is a playoff game if Dallas gets a td

Why does Cowboys OC Linehan have a calculator on his play sheet??? Don't think I've ever seen that before. Did it come free with the clipboard at Staples?

why the **** do people run into the stadium? Free girls? Beer?
They sell something like 30,000 standing room tickets. They have these big plaza areas where the best view for a lot of people is of the giant scoreboard. I've never been there, but that's how it was explained to me.

Ansah was absent against Connelly. Today he is everywhere.

Why can i never get enough of Gary Busey?

He should be in every commercial.

Well if the Pats OL handles the Ravens DL the way it handled the Lions DL then I think the Pats win by double digits. I hope they do.

I honestly think that was the best performance by the O-line the entire year. It was brilliant how they handled Suh & company

So much for "not abandoning the run"

lol cowboys
