NFL Playoffs: Detroit Lions at Dallas Cowboys - odds, stats, preview and prediction

The Lions are sort of an NFC version of the Ravens. Very physical and talented up front. Average secondary. Stafford is hot and cold, like Flacco. Not identical, obviously, but kind of similar.
Don't forget both are very dirty and douchey.

Absolutely. They don't really have a chance to win it all but I could see them throwing together 1 or 2 really good games and being a tough out at the least. Also could just lay down and lose by 2 TDs.

Lions complete this drive for a TD IMO it will be just about ball game.

The more Romo stays on the sidelines, the stiffer his back becomes.

Plus this Dallas defense has no depth, so long drives by the opponent are deadly for the Cowboys, that running into the kicker penalty might really hurt Dallas

The Lions front 7 is the best in the NFL and you take away Dallas' run game you kill their offense. ALso the Cowboys defense is overrated and struggles against the run. That's why i picked the Lions, i hope they keep it up

And the Pats smoked the Lions....lol

Great comparison.

Something I need to go back and do is watch how Baltimore was getting pressure. Were they doing it with four or five DL? My hunch says usually it was with five. I don't think they will have that luxury against us. Detroit seems to get it done quite consistently with just four DL.

Wow great run, great blocking

Why was that running into the kicker and not a PF? I thought if you take out he plant leg its a PF?

Wow, and to think we absolutely murdered those lions a few weeks ago...

****in' Tate block. Wow.

I wonder what Jerry Jones' blood pressure is right now. This game is off to a hilarious start.

Uh oh, somebody is winning *

There has to be some serious changes in big D if they lose this one. Watch Garrett get fired and then hired by Cincy

Yes I know that. I was just saying Carolina playing Seattle might not be a bye week for Seattle

Oh i am sorry i misunderstood you. Sorry but I just look at Carolina and see a team waiting to be knocked out by the first good team they play.

They to me are by far the worse team left in the playoffs. Indy is the 2nd worst IMO and i think they would wipe the floor with Carolina generally especailly at home.
