NFL Playoffs - Baltimore Ravens at Pittsburgh Steelers - odds, preview and prediction

Halftime Stats

Ravens 10, Steelers 9

Total Plays ----------- Steelers 38, Ravens 21
Time of Possession -- Steelers 20:55, Ravens 9:55

Considering there were no turnovers, no defensive or special team touchdowns, and no missed field goals it is amazing that Baltimore is winning. In a low scoring game like this, turnovers in the second half will be critical.

Red Zone -- Steelers 0/1, Ravens 1/2
Baltimore could actually be winning this game by eight points if they didn't settle for a field goal late, and held Pittsburgh in the last two minutes. Strange considering the following:

Total Yards --- Steelers 193, Ravens 123
Passing Yards - Steelers 165, Ravens 74

Roethlisberger: 18/24, 183 yards, 7.6 yards per pass, 96.4 passer rating
Joe Flacco: 5/11, 74 yards, 6.7 yards per pass, 68.0 passer rating

Big Ben was sacked three times, Flacco none.
With 75% of the passes being completed against the Baltimore secondary, Pittsburgh needs to just keep on passing the ball.

I hate Steve smith..guy can play but he is a punk

Steve Smith still dangerous after the catch.

This one is gonna go down to the wire. Divisional playoff games don't follow any script. I'm glad none of our division opponents got in.

He is running on fumes IMO. Might make a play here or there but a good/decent corner should have no problem shutting him down.

If we see Pitt, that last brown montage proves letting Browner rough him up all night would probably pay off

now it's time for that pick or fumble by Ben rapesberg

I feel as though Pittsburgh is just biding their time. They should not have this lax approach. I still think this is their game to win, but they need to get more aggressive instead of letting this game come to them.

So you dislike a post of mine and my opinion that steelers will win this and you had posted this above....you must be confused.

Leveon looks blazed. I'm rooting for the Ravens now. Leveon comes to town, Blount will Be useless...

It must have been an accident. I frequently do this and catch myself and undo it. Must have skipped thru the cracks. What post is it so I don't have to look thru the whole thread?

"tangled feet"...right

ravens are going to win this...dang

That could have eaily been PI. We call that "tangled feet on purpose"

No worries. I think page 12 but it's cool, no problem. Done it myself.
