NFL investigation-WFT emails...

If they have e-mails that show the Pats were robbed for deflategate, then Kraft should demand draft compensation, pulbicly and loudly (we could use it).

But we know he won't, and it probably isn't feasible anyway.
We know if it ever came up for a vote at the NFL owner's meeting, Krafty Bob would lose 31-1.

We'll just have to take solace in winning just as many SBs after Deflategate as before.

LMAO

“We may not see this the same way. But that does not change my respect or affection for you,” Pash told Allen. “After all, nobody else has ever given me a Hooters VIP card.”
Talking about a pattern of behavior...

Michael Silver was absolutely repulsive in how he went after Brady as if he were the most abhorrent person in the league... his fake outrage and other BS makes my skin crawl

he’s a big Joe Montana fan, so there’s that…

Hates BB too. After the Patriots demolished the Chargers in week 2 in 2007 he wrote a seething article about it. LOL

I don't think this is news though, right? We knew Pash (or I at least remember) edited the Deflategate Report years ago. The stuff going on now with WFT just reiterates that the NFL is dishonest in everything it does.
yeah... its part of the reason berman ruled in bradys favor in the first go round in court... the press smelled blood, and were willfully ignorant to the real facts of the case

Jeff Pash must be terrified. Someone should remind him there’s not much to hide because we already know he’s a low life scumbag who can never redeem himself.
I’m sure he knows he’s a lawyer

What truly astonishes me is that if they feel this comfortable saying this kind of crap in official means, what do they really say when they know they're private?

If I was a player in the NFL, Id protest to see these email leaked in full, clearly they conspire among themselves, nothing would be fairer.

The players should be outraged. If they had any brains/solidarity, they’d push for changes.

Sadly, for them, there is such a large portion of the union members that can’t afford to go a week or two w/o $ due to bad decisions, the owners will always prevail. Surely the least powerful union in major sports.

Yeah. Ill say this tho, NFL players arent as united as NBA players, because they could be a torn if they wanted to.

There are some very well-off players that could alliviate the guys you are mentioned. They could put a battle.

Revive the XFL or whatever it was, some stars threaten to jump ship. Dont know how Id feel for real, but to see Roger, after doing so much to protect the shield, be the commish responsible for ending the NFL... this part sounds kinda funny (~nvr gonna happen tho)

I was reading a story about Gruden and it led me to this, I must have missed it when it came out, I'm sure most of you guys saw this. The NFL and Goodell are the sleaziest. To put their greatest player through what they did is just criminal.

'Four Games in Fall' documentary casts light on Deflategate (yahoo.com)
What a fantastic article to read, especially knowing what would happen in that NFC title game and the SB. One part that struck me was the point that the harm to Brady has been done and will be difficult to erase. Proof of that came earlier in this thread when a poster compared Gruden's issue with defamegate. Gruden actually did something wrong. Brady did not.

A decent article. It’s too bad Wetzel didn’t write it 5 1/2 years earlier when all the information was already available (discussed here endlessly) and might have made a difference.

I have a friend who's a lawyer and he told me once that the first thing they taught him in law school is that there's no such thing as right or wrong. That describes the problem with lawyers.

Hell of a nice guy too.
I can't say because I don't know him. All I know for sure is that he looks great on the field.

Lawyers are not doctors or mathematicians...there is no one right answer for the problems they are solving. They are paid advocates and will come up with the best argument for their clients, even if they themselves don't believe it. It's all about BSing and convincing others of their BS.

This thread is an example of why I'll have no problem dumping the NYFL when the time comes. I feel dirty supporting them.
