Holy Christ, almost $5 million for Rod Streater? Are you kidding me?

This market is ridiculous.

No. His contract could end up being that much with the incentives he was given..

If those bridges weren't burned, then a one year deal for Mike Wallace with the Steelers makes a ton of sense. They need him for just a year, and he needs to rehab his value before trying to get a big contract a year from now.
Might be surprised by how fast they can repair. Mankins coming back in 2010 and BB trying hard to bring back Ty Law multiple times. Steelers are great at developing wide outs anyways so they should be fine.

But now don't the chiefs have to have an additional $4.8m available for the '16 space because he could earn that much.

Kerley visiting chiefs...this was reported yesterday i wonder if this changes with Streater going there

I will say regardless of whoever that is it wouldn't surprise me if BB found out what Weddle's market was and decided to make a 12th hour play to get him to NE

I really think he would fit in with Pitt very well. And hopefully that doesn't happen

We got a two year deal for Nate Ebner. So we got that going for us.

Glad to have Ebner back in the fold. Good tough player. Can never have too many quality special teamers. These guys should have a chip on their shoulders the way special teams crapped the bed at the end of the season.

Doesn't it depend if the incentives are LTBE/NLTBE?

Yeah, really. That's a plus to the Hogan signing; he's supposedly known as a quality gunner.

Pats know how important STs are and how big these guys can be in deciding a game. If some of the other teams were smart i that area it could go a long way

By the way, anyone else worried about LB depth? Would be nice to have a 3d good linebacker that can step up in a time of need. Last season we really struggled when one of the two top dogs wasn't available.

Yes
