He had a chance for the Niners job last year and did not go.

I would think the Colts mgmt is not what McDaniels would want to work for...

Mularkey is now a 3 time failure, who isn’t getting another job any time soon and tenn fired a guy who went back to back 9-7 and a playoff berth when they haven’t won more than 9 in a decade.

And as expected Shurmur takes over the Giants. He had a great season designing plays to make Keenum so successful. No surprise that the Giants wanted someone who can leverage all their draft investments and OBJ much more.

He doesn't suck based on what? Oregon?

He's the 3rd best quarterback in his own division, he threw more picks than TDs in the 3rd year of his career.

Go find a quarterback who's done that in the last 20 years then turned out to be top 10 QB.
