He's the 3rd best quarterback in his own division, he threw more picks than TDs in the 3rd year of his career.

Go find a quarterback who's done that in the last 20 years then turned out to be top 10 QB.

The Titans spot is as good a spot as the coach thinks Mariota is a QB. If you go to the Giants, you sink/swim with the rookie QB you draft. If you go to the Colts, you sink/swim with Luck. If you go to the Tits, you sink/swim with Mariota. If you go to the Cardinals, you get a good QB in free agency, or you sink.
