New draft format a HUGE success

I like the new format. It slows the whole process down and makes it digestable based on player value to the teams. It favors teams trading freely, Dallas trading with Philly etc. It stresses the differences in the organizations, and the successful organizations like the Pats, Ravens, Miami etc will thrive. I think this slower process is designed to let other organizations compete at the speed of the better ones; parity. Lets see if we see any change in organizational philosophy because of it.
