Is Tommy saying he's a god? Although who are we to argue at this point...He's a pretty strange dude, but I thought it was awesome.
I thought the message was pretty clear. Nature has laws that work like clockwork. Patriots in the playoffs like clockwork.
That's not what Tommy's saying. But that's what we say.Yeah yeah, I hear ya. I'm honestly just saying I'm not sure I get it. Is Tommy saying he's a god? Although who are we to argue at this point...
even if there is some truth to this non deterministic quantum view of things on a very deep and/or subatomic scaleI think that was Alan Watts, the old American buddhist philosopher (he spoke with a British affectation). I think he goes on to say how science has shown that view is false, that determinism is false, that the clockwork view of the universe was refuted, that there is dice rolling. Quantum Mechanics ruined everything. I was psyched because I thought that was what the video was going to move toward...But it ended before the speaker's actual punchline.
Hype video man. It's not a mathematical proof of doing improbable things, it's a motivational video about it.even if there is some truth to this non deterministic quantum view of things on a very deep and/or subatomic scale
using that stuff as though it pertains to being a better athlete is a little pretentious in my view
Be like water, my friend. Tommy has turned back the clock.
