True, 99% of players would've fought through any legal tackle attempt in that situation and scored a TD

People floated around the idea the rule could've been enforced when Mike Tomlin got in the way on Jacoby Jones' kickoff return, but he still had like 50 yards to go with a couple Steelers defenders pretty close, so it wasn't a clear-cut TD
