It's easy, and only takes a few moments. The head of that staff is Jerod Mayo’s brother. It feels like it’s been this way for years going back to the BB days. I always look at our mid-week injury reports and ask myself how we have so many more players on the list than our opponent. I used to think it was just some gamesmanship by BB. Now I’m not so certain.
By your thinking then we don't need to go after DJ Reed, or play dial or trade for a real outside CB. No. Marcus is a slot CB at best. He's not Tyrone Poole. Marcus I love the person and the player however he's not an outside CB.Marcus is a fine DB.
If we take your advice, we'd need yet another DB, one to play or backup at nickel.
He was hired by Bill actually! The head of that staff is Jerod Mayo’s brother.
Hired as an assistant, but promoted to head of staff by JerodHe was hired by Bill actually!
Yes correct. On Marcus he’s a smaller player playing in all 3 phases. Coming off a labrum last season. His injury probability is that much higher. Aside from the staffers is on the players as well to take care of thier bodies.Hired as an assistant, but promoted to head of staff by Jerod
He's much better than backup-caliber, if he's playing in position, like you said, in the slot. If you're asking him to Ellis Hobbs his way out on the boundary, then yeah, it's going to look bad.Dude's a backup-caliber Slot-Only CB, an excellent Returner, and an injury-prone midget.
