It's easy, and only takes a few moments.Jones had 58 tackles, an interception, 10 passes defensed, and two fumble recoveries. There's a simple solution to this...keep him strictly to returning kicks and punts. He's not a DB anyways.
But he still sucks as a DB.Jones had 58 tackles, an interception, 10 passes defensed, and two fumble recoveries.
He's actually a great slot corner, and competes even on the boundary, you just can't coach up 5'7". If he were 6'1" he'd be an all-pro.There's a simple solution to this...keep him strictly to returning kicks and punts. He's not a DB anyways.
I'll give you credit, you've been consistently wrong on this all along. But he still sucks as a DB.
DJ Reed might be available is FA. Worth a look even if Hunter is drafted so the Pats can use Hunter as a spot duty CB.Next year Gonzo, Trav, and Jones is going to be legit.
I think whoever takes him just needs to lean into it and get ready to play him at both spots. It's such a unique thing and I think you'd be potentially selling it short not to go for it. NFL Ohtani.DJ Reed might be available is FA. Worth a look even if Hunter is drafted so the Pats can use Hunter as a spot duty CB.
Playing full-time CB and WR is unrealistic. No-one has that stamina. You have to pick Hunter's spots somehow.I think whoever takes him just needs to lean into it and get ready to play him at both spots. I'm not big into college football, how have they been managing his snaps?Playing full-time CB and WR is unrealistic. No-one has that stamina. You have to pick Hunter's spots somehow.
Ohtani does not run much playing DH (offense) or pitching. No equivalence at all.
I'd love him on returns and a role on offense. Yeah DB I never saw him as one. His size is the reason he will always likely never finish a full NFL season. There's a simple solution to this...keep him strictly to returning kicks and punts. He's not a DB anyways.
DJ Reed is an upgraded more physical version of Marcus Jones. Absolutely we should be in on him.. be happy to sign him away from the jets..DJ Reed might be available is FA. Worth a look even if Hunter is drafted so the Pats can use Hunter as a spot duty CB.
Marcus is a fine DB.I'd love him on returns and a role on offense. Yeah DB I never saw him as one. His size is the reason he will always likely never finish a full NFL season.
It feels like it’s been this way for years going back to the BB days. I always look at our mid-week injury reports and ask myself how we have so many more players on the list than our opponent. I used to think it was just some gamesmanship by BB. Now I’m not so certain. On a side note ,why does our teams injured list look like a laundry list while other teams usually has 3 or 4 members at max..
I think it's time to really question the training staff and conditioning staff.
