He'll win next week against the dreadful Colts. But the last 7 weeks of the season, I don't see this team going better than 2-5.

Jets and Raiders hopefully. Cardinals maybe. Maybe we get another tornado/monsoon for one of the Bills games?

Jets
Vikings
Bills
Cardinals
Raiders
Bengals
Dolphins
Bills

It definitely is a better metric, no question. I was just chiming in on the first down stat because I still had it up on the screen. I would have left it alone if we were talking about that because there wasn't much to argue.

Let's not kid anyone, Mac played at best a C game yesterday and it could have been lower had other circumstances played out differently. But he put together a good second half and finished relatively strong, which he needed to do but he's only going to get one game with a benefit of the doubt from the people who are willing and patient enough to give him a chance.

That being said, he'll need to be better Sunday. Plus, he might as well get used to the fact every single game is going to be a road game for him through the rest of the year. I'm sure last Monday night has him aware of that. Whether or not he's truly mentally prepared it for might be another story.
Good observation on playing at home with that crowd. Fortunately, the Colts have an anemic offense with a rookie QB playing only his 2nd game. Ehlinger did have a decent game w/ 201 yds passing, 0 TD/ 0 INT w/ a 100.1 rating. I'm sure Bill will have a plan for him. Taylor did rush for >100 yards against a WAS front 7 that's a little better than the Pats against the run. Colts D is only allowing 19.6 ppg (#8). I'm sure Gilly will be extra motivated to get a pick off Mac (like he did in CAR). Their biggest issue was giving away the ball, and probably the reason why they benched Ryan. If this kid (same age as Mac) protects the ball, then it could be a grinding low scoring game, where the first one to make a mistake loses. Or it could be a blow-out. Lol

Serous question if we finish last in the conference 1 of 2 things has to happen.
Go all in for Lamar Jackson or clean house completely coaching staff everything.

Wolfe and Groh and Troy Brown excluded.
Make Hoyer OC or head coach for the love of it.

Great idea. Then Bob Kraft should make himself the head coach, and his new wife the GM. Jonathan can be the offensive and defensive coordinators, and they should make the number 1 pick in the draft regardless of whether it’s theirs or not.

Mac has shown flashes and keeps getting better. Runner up for offensive rookie of the year in 2021. Maybe we have to display some patience and see how Mac develops.

No he hasn't.

Neither Tua or Jalen were great in their 2nd year. And Miami and Philly were patient. There are some people on this site that can't comprehend patience.

At least those other QBs had something going for them upon which to build confidence... Corky ain't got sh!t after his "product knowledge" expired...

...Between the mocking he received for his reaction to the ankle injury and the Zappe chants before the game even started last Monday, a large portion of the fanbase seems to have turned on him already.

And with good reason... Dude sucks.
