87.7% of the plays on an injury plagued line.

He is bad.

But so much for continuity.

I mean, there are a bunch of guys still on the team who are backups.

Why weren't they starting ahead of Jordan if they are worth keeping?

Seems they are sending "messages" to the players, but here's my message to Mayo and Wolf. Send a "message" to yourselves.

Michael Jordan v. Lester Cotton v Layden Robinson (pff.com - yes, I understand that PFF is flawed, but the flaws are consistent between players for the most part). Cotton is a better run blocker, but sucks as a Pass blocker (in limited reps)

Michael Jordan

Layden Robinson

They cut him after camp. Then made him the starter all season long, and now after playing him 96% of the snaps and starting all 11 games he was healthy for, he suddenly isn’t good enough to be a backup and the cut him to pick up a journeyman backup off the waiver wire.
This crew has no clue how to run a football team.

Oh no. They cut an underperforming player. Just like every other team does.

It’s not that they cut him, it’s that they felt so highly of him all year long that he played 96% of the snaps then one day, he isn’t even good enough to be a backup. Why can’t they evaluate players?

Why is Vederian Lowe playing a similar amount of snaps?

Because that's who they have. Unfortunately.
Then why cut Jordan? If he is “who they have” and he is good enough theoretically to play 96% of the snaps why cut him and not a guy who wasn’t good enough to play ahead of him?
It just all makes no sense.
