I fully realize that NFL Teams are basically Billionaire's "Toys" and therefor can do whatever they want with said Toys. Jones of the Dallas Cowboys being a prime example of what not to do as an owner. I greatly appreciate what Bill accomplished during the majority of his tenure as the HC/GM. I also have issues with some really dreadful personnel decision's (or lack thereof) that Bill made (even around the time of their last SB Championship). All of that being said, since Bill left, RK has been a train wreck of an owner. Although he's not telling us anything that we don't already know, he reeks of ingratitude and is just coming across as spiteful. At this point, I'd be just fine and dandy with him selling the team to someone who both has the money and the brains to hire a proper and competent GM, and hopefully usher in a new winning era of Patriot's Football. And, if Maye has what it takes to be a legit Franchise QB (which will depend to no small degree that he doesn't get injured with this OL in-specific and Offense in-general), I don't see the current management and coaching staff being up to the task of rebuilding this team. And, before you jump all over me; Yes, I hope that the current management and coaching staff prove me wrong. And if I am I will gladly admit it. I've always stated that this will be a 3 to 4 year rebuild (assuming that almost everything goes right). But, I've been a fan of this team since the 70's, and have seen various incarnations of recipes for failure with this team (and other teams), in that time. Like the rest of you, I'm just watching and seeing how things unfold (hopefully for the better). In the meantime, RK can start by just shutting his pie hole about Bill and concentrate on the current task at hand.
