They are saying that the contact between the two teams was about a kicking game issue having to do with a play the Patriots tried to run, and not about deflated balls for play.

But they admit that their guy called Pagano, prior to the AFC Championship game. Which of course directly contradicts what Harbaugh said on the Superbowl telecast. Who knows what was said on the phone.
