1. NE's mediocre offense is now decently banged up.
2. I don't believe NE's D is all that special. Definitely good and coached great, but your opponents... I mean c'mon: Miami, Washington, Darnold-less Jets, Midgets, Buffalo n Steelers.
3. Jets do have a good D that has faced tough opponents. And now Mosely is back.
4. Sam is the best QB in the AFC East now.
5. Crowd will be nuts.

Forgive me if I am wrong but weren’t you the bozo who proclaimed multiple times in multiple threads that the Pats D was “over rated” and “haven’t played anyone yet”? To quote Morpheus do you believe now? That defense has pitched 2 shut outs in 7 games and has given up 3 TDs and somehow you predicted the Jete of all teams would score 31. A fully healthy KC maybe, but THE JETE? Dude lay off the weed. Sam Darnit is just another high pick bust that gives you false hopes of glory.

These people realize Darnold was out there with under 2 minutes left, throwing passes, right? By their “logic,” it would have been okay for the Patriots defenders to try and injure Darnold.

Of course, basic sportsmanship and human decency alone wouldn’t stop the Patriots defenders from doing that. They also know that a healthy Darnold equals a New England victory, so they don’t want to jeopardize that.
