Didn't realize how bad the Patriots are in those fans heads. You can tell on top of all the big game losses that this one stung a bit. I like it.

Almost laughed at one of the fans saying they were going to come into Foxboro and rip our hearts out. Not saying it couldn't happen, but if it did, would it really crush us into oblivion after all the heartbreak this team has caused them over the last 15 years?

They need a dose of reality. They won’t come here and do anything but lose and lose big. It’s like I told a buddy of mine who sent me a copy of an article where squealers were saying we would meet again and the outcome will be different. What you think of that jackass? He said. I said yes, he is correct, it will be a different outcome as they will lose by a larger number of points.

Pitt opening drive in Gillette AFCCG:.
--Pitt 3d and 8 on the Pitt 27, JH sit pass rush -strip sacks BR and recovers at the 12.

Next Pats play: Gronk lined up as left side TE and JH as the "Vrable TE" on the right side. JH goes down the seam and gets the TD.

TV ratings actually go to ZERO in western PA shortly after that play. LOL.

Not necessarily. Steelers DC Keith Butler has kept a lot of predecessor **** LeBeau's zone blitzes in tact. The basic concept is that you generate more of a rush because the offense doesn't know where the blitz is coming from due to pass rushers dropping into coverage while others are rushing the passer.

If Harrison truly is a one-trick pony at this stage of his career, then the offense always knows where at least one of those rushers is coming from, making the zone blitz much less effective since they already know which player will "drop" into coverage.

So other players might not be as effective as pass rushers, but because they can do more to cover up or disguise the coverage, they would play ahead of him except in the most obvious of passing downs.

The experience and knowledge he can give the young D-line is Brilliant, as that’s one place we do lack an old head, to help these young guys it will also help us short term and long term I feel as well.

Love the signing personally, don’t know to much about him from outside of football though. Never really follow a lot of the steelers stuff..
