It is not a precedent. People have done the same thing, and pleaded out without jail time before, and will after.

How do I know? Court records. Do your own research.

I can't dispute the expert, TommyD4207. He knows the law. He did the research. He reviewed the court records. He has concluded that there are multiple people with the exact situation and they all pleaded out without jail time. He says it is a constant things. Why charge anyone with the same charge?

Sure if you want people to get in legal trouble for something that's just a fine in more than half the country.
