Is Satan both the Holy Spirit and God’s wife or Asherah?

If you can indulge me, please name one absolute thing in this universe.

Also, we don't have to resort to name calling. We can have a calm and rational discussion.

I was not name calling. I was saying the truth without mincing words.

As to an absolute. I am and so are you. We meet the definition of absolutes.

GIA, here's a definition of "absolute" (which itself gives 5 uses of "absolute" in English). Please provide another one if you don't like this one, or explain what you mean by your use of the word in the above conversation.

ab·so·lute
[ab-suh-loot, ab-suh-loot]
adjective
1. free from imperfection; complete; perfect: absolute liberty.
2. not mixed or adulterated; pure: absolute alcohol.
3. complete; outright: an absolute lie; an absolute denial.
4. free from restriction or limitation; not limited in any way: absolute command; absolute freedom.
5. unrestrained or unlimited by a constitution, counterbalancing group, etc., in the exercise of governmental power, especially when arbitrary or despotic: an absolute monarch.

I was thinking along the lines of number 4 within the bounds of logic and reason.

So we're all a little bit absolute, relatively speaking? :)

Yes.

Who but you can make you voluntarily do anything.

There is only you who can do so and that is an absolute fact.

Right?

Very limited "absolute," confined to a definitional tautology.

Nobody can make you voluntarily do anything. You can however be involuntarily forced to do things, through, for example, the threat of something you'd prefer not to happen.

So you rest your argument on the definition of "voluntarily."

And we won't even get into the illusory belief that we voluntarily decide and remember without the influence of others around us. This has been conclusively disproven; we are at least to an extent dependent on social interaction, even in a function so supposedly fixed as our own personal memories.

Limited or not, you are still absolute.
