Awesome play. What that Malcolm on the other receiver? Nice tight coverage.

Great play by him.

But can I just say I wish more people looked in how to screen capture than just using their cell phone

I forget who the poster was I was having the friendly back-n-forth with on Harmon and how he can make more plays but as I was saying then, I THINK Harmon can make these kind of plays on a fairly regular basis. He knows the system, he good athletically, he knows not to show his cards to the Qb too early. He always seems to be in the right place. Just needs to be a tick more decisive and anticipate better. No question hes getting there. I like him as a player.

Harmon has definitely shown up at times. His problem is consistency, from what I can tell, as to why he is not on the field more. Well, that and the fact that he is better against the pass than the run. He is out of position at times too, though. So I don't know. I guess the jury is still somewhat out on him. But I will add very emphatically that a lot of his plays have come at very critical times in games. That alone is a good reason to have him on the field.

Its interesting. Some people think he a bit too free-range and others thing (like me) that he is too conservative.

But yes- the fact that he is out there and has made some plays at critical junctures means the coaching staff thinks he can do some good things out there when they need it.

Reminds me on the interception against the Ravens in the playoffs.
Yep- Its almost like the DB allows himself to get beat and suckers the QB to make that throw.

Looks like he clearly cheated on that play. Rangegate.

A lot of great DB's do it too. Deion used to do it a lot. Ty Law employed this method as well from time-to-time. Revis is more of a blanket guy who never lets you get too far away from him. It's different nuances to the game and I love it. It makes the game so interesting to watch. I love when we can talk strictly football.

Right. There is nothing "almost" about it.

Looks like Bradley Fetcher #24 to me. I could be wrong though.

I can't tell, going blind. I'll have to watch the game again, lol.

After rewatching the game, the defense did a good job considering the gameplan to concede the run. Sometimes you have to give props to the opponent for making great plays.

I bring this up because as good as Harmon's play was here, McCourty made a similar awesome play that was negated by an insane throw/catch. Big Ben managed to throw it over McCourty's reach and Wheaton jumped high enough and still tapped his feet in bounds for a big gain.

Even when Fletcher was torched by Heyward-Bey, that required a pinpoint deep ball. Big Ben was on most of the game.

From a bird's eye view, this was Ben Watson-like:
What I really liked about this play was the angle he took. He looks like he would have been in position to make a play on the ball even if it had been on target instead of under thrown. And when he saw the underthrow he reacted well and peeled away and underneath to make the interception.

It was Fletcher and he did a really good job. He blocked off the receiver preventing him from coming back for the ball and then used his body to push the receiver back and then right at the last second he turned his head and put his hand up as though to block the ball so that he wouldn't get called for pass interference.

I wish I could re-watch the game. My TYT account was suspended for inactivity and they're saying it could be weeks before they reinstate me. I have scoured the net for torrents, and keep coming up with nonsense that I believe to be viruses. Can anyone help me?
